Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the US and Canada only.

How long will it take to process my order?

We aim to process, package and ship your order within 1-2 business days. However, during peak season, processing can take 3-5 business days.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped.

How long will it take for my package to arrive once shipped?

US Shipping: Standard shipping with USPS takes 3-5 business days after processing. With Express shipping, your order will arrive 1-2 business days.

Canada Shipping: With USPS/ Canada Post, your order will arrive 7-21 business days after processing.

While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery, as we have no control once the package leaves our facility and is with the postal service.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.

After four business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Please note, the Company is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date for a refund or store credit. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund.

Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If you select store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Please note that due to hygienic reasons, some items cannot be exchanged or returned: underwear. Please refer to our Additional Returns Guidelines for more details.

Additional Returns Guidelines

Due to hygienic reasons, some items cannot be exchanged or returned: underwear.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays (additional 8 business days from the first refund issued).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

The Company cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
